Abstract.
The article proposes to consider the existing concepts of “cultural entrepreneurship”, the predetermination of which is the intersection of social, cultural and economic processes in a certain cultural phenomenon of the regional, local level. Main interest is focused on existing approaches to the study of cultural entrepreneurship, the systematization of the proposed definitions of cultural entrepreneurship, and its organizational nature is also considered in the context of the functions of culture and the process of cultural transmission in primary and secondary crisis phenomena. The study is projected as a theoretical basis for substantiating the concept of “cultural entrepreneurship” as a subjective process of cultural, social and economic changes in the cultural space, which is based on a specific combination of behavioral traits in the field of cultural production.
