The journal “The Culturology Ideas” is a peer-reviewed scientific periodical with a Diamond Open Access
model: all published materials are freely accessible to readers, and authors are not charged any fees for
submission, technical processing, peer review, editing, or publication of articles (i.e., no APCs).
Postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, and those pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor
of Arts degree (the third level of higher education in any form of study) are also exempt from any fees
for processing, peer review, and/or publication of articles, whether submitted individually or in co-
authorship.
